Lemon Chiffon Cake Martini

I like to think of this cocktail as a drinkable lemon drop poke cake because that's exactly what it tastes like, a yellow cake infused with a Lemon Drop Martini. The whole key is, of course, the cake vodka, you can't substitute that ingredient because it tastes and smells just like yellow cake batter.

You also want to use a very good brand of Limoncello or make your own, and fresh lemon juice is a must. I don't want to hear any complaints if you tried making this cocktail with one of those lemon shaped squeeze bottles of concentrated lemon drek. (In fact, if you have one of those in your house we can't be friends.)
