Just for St. Patrick's Day, I've taken a classic Green Hornet Stinger and turned it Irish by simply replacing adding fresh mint and serving it in a St. Patrick's Day bucket.
The
IRISH STINGER
1-3/4 Oz. Cognac
2/3 Oz. GREEN Creme de Mènthe
Shake with ice, pour into a shooter then garnish with a fresh mint sprig!
