So made brunch today for some surprise out of town guests who showed up around 11 last night. It was a big (but nice) surprise for me, however, the surprise for them is I haven't been to the market so all I have on hand for mixing up some brunch cocktails is some orange juice. Booze, of course, is never a problem. My bar is loaded with booze - you know me. It's just the mixers I'm low on. (It was a big week for cool cocktails at my house with the heat index hitting 110 plus.)
No problem, if I have booze and O.J. cocktails will be had ...

INGREDIENTS1-1/2 Oz. London Dry Gin1/2 Oz. Cointreau
1-1/2 Oz. Fresh Orange Juice
GarnishOrange Twist
Edible Orange Blossom(A suggestion on the orange blossom. Sadly, not something I just happen to have on hand for surprise guests.)
DIRECTIONS
Chill your glass in the freezer.Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.Garnish and serve.
