Just because strawberries might be out of season that shouldn't stop you from enjoying them year round in cocktails. I always keep some frozen fruits in my freezer and strawberries are the ones I use on a weekly basis. Aside from making great drinks with them I also make strawberry coulees for dessert sauces and plate decoration.
Strawberry topped cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts and this, frankly, is better because it has booze. If you can't get a fresh strawberry for your garnish just
dip a frozen one in sugar and place that on the rim, it's like a
strawberry popsicle.

CHEESECAKE
MARTINI
INGREDIENTS
2 Oz. Strawberry Vodka
1 Oz. Vanilla Vodka
4 Fresh (or Frozen) Strawberries
1 Oz. Heavy Cream (or Half & Half)
1/2 Cup Crushed Ice
Garnish: Philly's Cheesecake Pie Filling & Crushed Graham Cracker Rim, Fresh Strawberry
Tools: Blender
DIRECTIONS
Pipe the cheesecake filling onto the rim of your glass* then dip in the crushed graham crackers.
Chill glass in freezer.
Add the ingredients to a blender then mix until smooth.
Pour into your chilled glass, garnish and serve.
*You don't need fancy cake baking equipment here, simply spoon the cheesecake filling into a small baggie, squeeze to towards 1 corner then clip a small piece of the bag corner off to pipe onto your glass rim.
