Happy NATIONAL CHOCOLATE MOUSSE DAY - Let's Booze It Up!

Of course, I put BOOZE in my MOUSSE, don't you?

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE MARTINI
This makes EIGHT cocktails - you won't want to share but you should.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Small Package of INSTANT Chocolate Pudding
12 Oz. of Thawed Whipped Topping
Dark Crème de Cacao
Dark Chocolate Shavings

DIRECTIONS:

Make the chocolate pudding according to the package instructions except only use 1-1/2 cups of milk.
Carefully fold in 8 ounces of the thawed whipped cream topping.
Spoon this mousse mixture into your cocktail glasses.
Chill filled glasses in the refrigerator until time to serve.
At serving time pour an ounce of the dark Crème de Cacao onto each mound of mousse.
Top each with a dollop of the reserved whipped cream topping.
Garnish with the dark chocolate shavings and serve with a spoon.
