STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE MARTINI

 Even though strawberries are out of season that shouldn't stop you from enjoying them year round in cocktails. I always keep some frozen fruits in my freezer and strawberries are the ones I use on a weekly basis. Aside from making great drinks with them I also make strawberry coulees for dessert sauces and plate decoration.

Strawberry topped cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts and this, frankly, is better because it has booze. If you can't get a fresh strawberry for your garnish just dip a frozen one in sugar and place that on the rim, it's like a strawberry popsicle.

STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE
MARTINI

INGREDIENTS
2 Oz. Strawberry Vodka
2 Oz. Vanilla Vodka
4 Fresh (or Frozen) Strawberries
1 Oz. Heavy Cream (or Half & Half)

Garnish: Philly's Cheesecake Pie Filling, Crushed Graham Crackers, Fresh Strawberry

Tools: Blender, Cocktail Shaker

Glass: Cocktail (Martini)

DIRECTIONS
Rub the rim of your glass lightly with the cheesecake filling then dip in the crushed graham crackers.
Chill glass in freezer.
Puree 3 of the strawberries in a blender then add this to an ice filled cocktail shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients and shake until chilled then pour into your chilled glass, garnish and serve.
