NATIONAL CHOCOLATE COVERED ANYTHING DAY

That's right, today is National Chocolate Covered ANYTHING Day so I present you with not one, not two but FOUR yummy chocolate covered martinis:

CHOCOLATE COVERED PRETZELS
Ingredients:
1 large bag of chocolate chips, bag of salted pretzels
Equipment:
Double boiler, parchment or wax paper lined cookie sheets

Instructions:
Melt one package of dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips in a double-boiler on a medium heat. Be sure to keep water and moisture out of the melting chocolate so it doesn't seize up. Stir until all the chips are completed melted then just start dipping your pretzels!  You can dip all the way or just part of the way. (Personally I like to keep a little part un-dipped as it makes the dipping procedure much easier.)  Shake off the excess (here you can dip in some fun things like sprinkles or nuts if you want), then place on your lined cookie sheet to cool in the fridge.
