PREPARATIONChill your Collins Glass(es) in the freezer.In a small glass, mix 4 Oz. Pineapple Juice and 2 Oz. Coconut Rum, set asideIn another small glass mix 1 Oz. Water and 1 Oz. Blue Curacao, set asidePour 1 Oz. Grenadine into your cold Collins glass.Then fill the glass with crushed ice.
CONSTRUCTION:Place a bar spoon upside down against the glass and pour the Pineapple/Coconut Rum slowly over the back of the spoon so it will float on the Grenadine.
Place the bar spoon upside down against the glass again and this time dribble the Blue Curaçao/Water Mix slowly over it so it will float on the yellow later.Garnish with an orange wheel and a cocktail cherry and enjoy Pride Day or any day you might need rainbows.

Two Parts Root Beer SchnappsOne Part Irish Cream
GARNISH Whipped CreamCocktail Cherry
DIRECTIONS
Pour the root beer schnapps into your mini root beer mug.Place a bar spoon upside down against the inside of the shot glass.Carefully pour the Irish cream over the top of the spoon so that it floats on top of the root beer schnapps.Garnish withA whipped cream and a cocktail cherry.
