There's nothing better for dessert then a strawberry sundae, except this Strawberry Sundae Cocktail. When strawberries come in season this is the first cocktail I make. With strawberry vodka, fresh strawberries and strawberry liqueur, it's all the strawberry flavor you can pack into one drink.
When you're looking for a strawberry liqueur Fragoli is where you stop looking. It's the best strawberry liqueur out there, a sweet Italian fruit liqueur, made with hand picked wild strawberries, produced in small batch lots. Each bottle contains a minimum 16% of the real, tiny wild strawberries, handing you a built in garnishing element.

STRAWBERRY SUNDAEMARTINI INGREDIENTS:1 Oz. Strawberry Vodka1-1/2 Oz. Fragoli Strawberry Liqueur2 Fresh Strawberries1 Oz. Half & Half1/2 C. Ice Garnish: Whipped Cream and some of the Wild Fragoli Strawberries (or, if you opted for another strawberry liqueur, half a regular strawberry) Tools: Small Strainer, Blender Glass: Cocktail or Coupe DIRECTIONS:Strain the Fragoli through the strainer into the blender. Set the wild strawberries aside for garnish.Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and pulse until smooth.Pour into a chilled glass, top with whipped cream and the wild strawberries you set aside. Fragoli is fabulous on it's own, perfect with some bubbly for a Strawberry Mimosa. Add those sweet, drunken baby strawberries and you can't miss. I use it in all of my Strawberry Cocktail Recipes where strawberry liqueur is called for, including my Strawberries and Cream Martini and my recent Star Spangled Tiki Cocktail.
