It's obvious how the drink got it's name - it uses Frangelico (for the Nutty part) and Bailey's Irish Cream (hence the Irishman part!) It's a very creamy drink with a subtle nut flavor and it goes down very easy!
Some versions omit the cream and you can do that, just make the Frangelico and the Bailey's 2 ounces each! You can also use milk or half & half to cut down on the calories and thin the cocktail down. The green and white jimmies are a fun way to rim the glass for St. Patrick's Day, but you can always use chocolate jimmies if you want to add a bit of chocolate flavor to the mix!
