Just a little Fairy Cocktale to bring some fun to these hot and humid last days of summer. That's what happens out here in the desert where it's so hot your Cherry Boozesicles melt before you can enjoy them, you go a little crazy!
So I took that boozesicle recipe, changed it up a bit for giggles then threw it into a cocktail shaker with TONS of ice and served it in my insulated Bubba cups. Take that triple digits temperatures!
2 Oz. Dark Rum
3 Oz. Cherry Juice
1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
Tbsp. Orgeat Syrup
1 Dash Mole Bitters
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, pour in the ingredients, shake until chilled, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish and serve.
