But, for your entertainment, how about a few weird drinking laws?
(and these are just a few of them):
- Pennsylvania law prohibits a man from buying alcohol without a note of permission from his wife.
- In Fairbanks, Alaska, it is against the law to give a moose any kind of alcohol.
- The entire Encyclopedia Britannica is banned in Texas because it contains a recipe for making beer.
- Nebraska state law prohibits bars from selling beer unless they are simultaneously brewing a kettle of soup.
- It's illegal to get a fish drunk in Ohio.
