The
RAINBOW COCKTAIL 
for
Pride Day

PREPARATION
Chill your Collins Glass(es) in the freezer.
In a small glass, mix 4 Oz. Pineapple Juice and 2 Oz. Coconut Rum, set aside
In another small glass mix 1 Oz. Water and 1 Oz. Blue Curacao, set aside
Pour 1 Oz. Grenadine into your cold Collins glass.
Then fill the glass with crushed ice.

CONSTRUCTION:
Place a bar spoon upside down against the glass and pour the Pineapple/Coconut Rum slowly over the back of the spoon so it will float on the Grenadine.

Place the bar spoon upside down against the glass again and this time dribble the Blue Curaçao/Water Mix slowly over it so it will float on the yellow later.
Garnish with an orange wheel and a cocktail cherry and enjoy Pride Day or any day you might need rainbows.
